By using Them, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
The service
Them provides fictional AI characters for entertainment and companionship. Characters are not real people, professionals, therapists, or emergency services. Outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate and should not be relied upon for important decisions.
Eligibility and conduct
You must be at least 18. Do not use Them to create illegal content, exploit minors, threaten others, or violate another person’s rights. We may restrict abusive or unsafe use.
Subscriptions and credits
The first 20 user messages are free. Paid subscriptions renew automatically through Apple unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Pricing and included credits are displayed before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account. Consumable credit purchases are governed by Apple’s purchase terms.
Your content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Do not submit content you lack permission to use.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Features may change, and uninterrupted delivery is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Them is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Them or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that materially violate these terms.
